- I take only as many clients as I can consistently, competently, and comfortably
serve. I don't ask for a time or financial commitment, because the needs of you and your growing family will change
from day to day. I prefer to maintain an open dialogue, to ensure that your needs are being met, and that the time we
spend together is appropriate, helpful and reassuring. We will check in as we go, and will create a schedule from week
to week; if you would feel more reassured knowing further in advance when I will be with you, we can do that too!
- Within San Francisco, I prefer to work for 3-6 hours at a time.
In the East Bay and Marin, my preference is a range of 4-6 hours. I work between the hours of 12 noon and 10pm.
(Exceptions can be made, always, so please let me know what your situation is, and we'll take it from there.)
- I charge $35
per hour. I work on a sliding scale basis, so please
tell me if this is beyond your means, and we will work together
to ensure that you still get the support you need.

As a Newborn Care Instructor:
- I teach the class in a 4 hour format. This can be divided into two
individual sessions, or we can do it all in one day. There is an enormous amount of material to cover, and I encourage
you to consider how you learn best. We should aim for the time of day that you are most alert and able to learn, and
will take breaks and check in as much as is necessary, to ensure that the information you get is integrated, and you feel
confident in your new knowledge and skills.
- I charge $200 for the full class. Included in this fee is also continued
availability by phone and e-mail, as you come up with further questions, or require clarifications and reminders once your
new skills are being put to the test. If you would like to have me return once you baby is born, to help you apply
the newborn care skills that you have learned, I offer my clients a 2 hour consultation for $50 (this can be requested as
a package with the class itself, or afterwards as the need arises).
- Throw a Newborn Parenting Party!! Invite friends, neighbors, and
family to come and learn with you in the comfort of your own home! The initial fee covers up to two people; to share
both the knowledge and the savings, add one person for $50, or another couple for $75.
